Completely resurface entire Kennet Village community including base repair. The scope included repaving asphalt walkways and replacing wood steps with pre-cast block. Mill and dispose 4” at failed paving and replace it with ID-2 Binder prior to paving with ID-2 Wearing.

2008 Mill existing failed paving and place new asphalt wearing course. Place asphalt curbing to improve drainage. Seal-coat the remaining surface and re-stripe the entire property.
2009 Remove and replace concrete sidewalk

Scope of work included milling entire surface and replacing the wearing course. Storm inlets were replaced and repaired as needed. Concrete sidewalk and curbs were replaced in the complex.
Total Contract Amount : 250,000.
Projects include parking lot repair and paving at several sites including a complete restoration at Cape May New Jersey that required the installation of a new storm drainage system

Resurface entire asphalt surface including adjustment of utilities and storm drains. Failed asphalt was milled and replaced prior to the new asphalt being applied.
All milling and asphalt paving can be completed at night to reduce inconvenience to shoppers.
