Sealcoating And Striping

Sealcoating combined with ADA compliant pavement markings and line striping provides an esthetically pleasing uniformity on any asphalt paving surface.  Sealcoating is most effective when it is applied 6 months to a year after the driveway or parking lot is newly paved.  Sealcoating prevents the oils from prematurely burning out of the asphalt which could cause the paved surface to crumble.  Sealcoating helps to protect the paved surface from this condition while maintaining a black surface year round.   Many housing communities in the Chester County, PA, Malvern, West Chester, Exton, PA area participate in sealcoating programs every two (2) years to maintain esthetic uniformity.  We do provide neighborhood discounts.
