SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your enrollment in and use of SMS text messaging services provided by Delaware Valley Paving (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Program Description

Delaware Valley Paving operates an internal SMS messaging program for employees and job applicants. Messages may include scheduling updates, shift reminders, HR communications, onboarding instructions, and other business-related information.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Delaware Valley Paving in one of the following ways: (1) by providing your mobile phone number on your employment application or onboarding paperwork and checking the consent box, or (2) by texting the keyword PAVENOW to (610) 300-8930.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your role and operational needs. You may receive up to several messages per week.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier. Delaware Valley Paving is not responsible for any charges incurred.

How to Opt Out

You may cancel your SMS subscription at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Eligibility

This SMS program is intended for current employees and job applicants of Delaware Valley Paving who are 18 years of age or older and are located in the United States.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of employment or application with Delaware Valley Paving.

Changes to These Terms
